Carly is a Southern Maryland native, and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Carly is passionate about a holistic approach to oral health and how the mouth affects the whole body. She believes in creating a comfortable and relaxing experience in the dental chair to help all patients enjoy their visit to Calvert Smiles. Carly maintains her dental license by attending regular continued education, including training in orofacial and myofunctional therapy, dental homeopathy, and nutrition. When Carly isn’t cleaning teeth, she enjoys taking her dog Beaux on walks, trying new recipes, serving at church and spending time with her husband and family!

I have been a dental assistant for over 20 years. Teamwork is such a great part of Calvert Smiles and makes my job enjoyable. I love working with patients and educating them on their dental health.Family is everything to me, and my dog, Daisy! You can find me on the weekends boating, fishing and skiing!

I am a local graduate from Northern High School. I have been a dental assistant since 2018 and found it has become such a passion of mine. I love the family feel of this practice and the wonderful patients I have come to know. I have two daughters and a dog. In my free time, I love to do anything that involves my girls. I also do a lot of traveling for volleyball tournaments for my youngest daughter and wouldn’t change it for anything.
